Trilingual Movie: ‘Little Buddha’

A trilingual movie on the life of Gautama Buddha is almost ready. Titled as ‘Little Buddha’ the movie is made in Telugu, English and Hindi.

Directed by Shiva Nagu, the movie shows the life of Buddha with actors being children in the age group of 12-15. ‘Little Buddha’ is produced by Manda Manchi Creations’ Borra Ravi Kumar. Master Supreme plays the coveted Buddha role.

Talking about the movie’s completion, the makers of the movie said that in four straight non-stop schedules, the movie was completed in 6 months in and around Guntur and Krishna districts in Andhra Pradesh. The movie is also shot in other forest areas and beautiful locations. Producer Ravi Kumar was pleased with the product of the movie and was highly satisfied by director Shiva Nagu’s work.

Director Shiva Nagu told that the movie is currently in the post production stage. The main highlight of the movie is the acting of the child actors. They will be shown in their age in the first half and later act as old people in the second half. Baby Kavya and Baby Shruthi together have given an excellent performance, it is learnt. All the child artists have acted well, the director said. The makers of the movie plan to release the music of the movie by first week of July and release the movie by the last week.

The technicians involved in the movie are Dasari Vinod Kumar handling the music with lyrics by lyrics Jai Veer; Pemmasani Suresh behind the camera along with Amkam Ramesh.
